After a catastrophe strikes your home or commercial building, one thing you don't want to deal with is a dispute with your insurance company over your claim.  After an event, such as a fire or natural disaster, it is not unusual for insurers to deny your claim outright, deny that some items are covered, offer to only pay only a portion of the claim or refuse to pay additional living expenses you have incurred due to the damage.

MFTL has represented clients that have been denied claims by their insurance carrier, such as this case where a client's insurance company denied paying for a new roof destroyed by the remnants of Hurricane Ike.

If you feel you hav been wrongfully denied your benefit, contact MFTL and let them evaluate your legal situation.
