Social Security Disability

Written by AMLO.

Many people rely on Social Security benefits to support them if they become disabled.  Benefits are typically paid for injuries or illnesses that are expected to result in death or last for at least a year.  But it is not unusual for benefits to be initially denied.  As many as one-half of initial requests are denied.

There are many reasons for denying benefits.  But it is important to know that you can appeal this decision.  And it is good advice to seek representation by someone who understands the process and can assist you in completing the proper steps to get your benefits restored.  The attorneys at MFTL can assist you in this process.  Click on the "Do I Have a Case" link on the right, and we will evaluate your situation.
